What I have done this week

This week I got my video files converted and I havce uploaded them onto Windows Movie Maker2 and have started editing them into my commercial theres only one problem and this my commecial is over a minute and its suppose to be a 30 sec. commercial.

what Im doing this week

well this weekdn we did most of are shots for the music videos and commercials but we need a few more shots that were gonna be doing during class and we should be editing in no time

What I did this week

Well this week in class I missed tuesday because I was at home ill, and Wednesday I was looking on different websites for different efects of camer shots and angles, and thursday I really just went over my storyboard again because I have nothing left to do but shoot the commercial and edit it, and I promise by the end of this weekend I will be done shotting the commercial and I will be working on the editing part in class on Monday.

Hopefully by the end of this week I will being done shooting the clips for my commercial so I can start on the editing part of it.

What I did this week

Welll this week in class I have been looking up different angles and shots that you can take with video camera and I also learned when to use those shots for various different reasons. But outside of school I have been getting ready to shoot my 30 sec. commercial but im a little worried that it will be to long but if thats the case I will just have tyo take some scenes out and go from there.

What I will be doing this week

I will now begin shotting my video now that Taylor Peterson is back from the San Diego trip along with the rest of the guys.

What I did this week

Well my stoyboard is complete and I have to start shooting it but I have a video camera but you cant upload them onto a computer to edit them so I was going to use Taylor Petersons video camera but he took it with him to San Diego on the band trip so this week I have been editing my blog and going on some webistes to learn how to take different angles and looks with the video camera

So I have my storyboard done and I will now begin shooting my video and that will be the hardest part I think.

What I finished for the week of 4/19/09

This week I was given a sheet telling me what I should do while Im making a thirty second commercial, like storyboards, and basically planning out what your gonna do ahead of time. So this week I have been gathering my thoughts and putting them on my storyboard and I have finished my storyboard.

So its the begining of the 4th qaurter and I have been giving a project to do where I will make a 30 second commercial. Also before we start shooting the video we will have to make a storyboard so its more planned out. The 30 second commercial that i am going to do is going to be about the product Mountain Dew. Its also gonna be more of a comdey commercial.

What I finished for the week of 3/16/09

Well this past weekend I video taped Cole Crabtree playing basketball against Perham and now I am going to make a highlight video of those clips that I got. I have started that by going throught the clip and picking out the good ones and naming the clips, then I converted them AVI files so that they will upload into the windows movie maker software and I was going to start to editing the clips and putting some effects on them but the power went out for like 20 mins and I didnt have enough time to do that. So this is all I did this week.

Well this weekend I video taped some basketball highlights and now I will be working with these on the windows movie maker software.

Well I got through chapter 3 in the windows movie maker guide and I have learned some stuff and I will prbably keeping reading through that.

Plans for the week of 3/9/09

This week I am going to work with the software to get use to it a bit more and I am going to start reading the book fully because I have only really like skimmed through it and hopefully I will learn some new stuff.

Finished for the week of 3/2/09

This week I found out that my video camera dosent have a cord that plugs into the computer and you have to do what the call finalize the disk which makes the CD readable to other thing such as dvd players ect. Also I am getting veru use to the software and once I get my videos uploaded on the computer it shouldnt take me much time to edit them.

Plans for the week of 3/2/09

This week I am going to try to figure out the whole CD and videoa camera thing. Also this week will only be a three day week for me because I am going to down to the state wrestling tournament so I will only have a short period of time to do what I have to do. When I am not working on trying to figure out the video camera thing I will be touching up my skills on the Windows Movie Maker software by using the guide that Mrs. Tollefson just bought and going to the atomic learning website.

What I did for the week of 2/23/09

I brouhgt in my video camera mini cds that have some videos on them and I put it in the cd drive and it couldnt read them for some reason but I will have to bring in my video camera with the cds and plug it into the computer and I think that will work. So since that didnt work the books that Mrs. Tollefson bought came in and I worked with thaat and the atomic learning website.

Plans for the week of 2/23/09

I am going to ask Tayler Yliniemi to bring in my video camera that ghe has that he borrowed from me like 2 months ago and bring in some of the videos I have made over the years and try to upload them onto the windows movie maker software. I think that will be a week long process.

What I did for the week of 2/17/09

This week I went on the atmoic learning websit and was learning some of the more technical things like inserting music from a jump drive and more of the complicated transition stuff, also Amber gave me the Windows Movie Maker guide and I looked around in that a little bit but I think the atmoic learning website is better.

Plans for the week of 2/17/09

This week I am going to bring in some CDs that I have made some videos on and see if I can get them to upload on the Windows Movie Maker software. Also I would like to work with the new guide that Mrs. Tollefson bought this weekend and learn some more stuff, I think I got the basics down but I would like to learn the more advanced stuff.

Finished work from the week of 2/9/09

Well I said I was going to work with the Windows Movie Maker guide that Mrs. Tollefson had but Amber Halvorson another student in our class was using and thats the only book, but this weekend Mrs. Tollefson said she was going to get another book for me to use and I hope its Windows Movie Maker for Dummies cause I was doing some research on some guides earlier this year and thats what one I liked the most, so instead of doing th guide thing I went to the Atomic Learning website the Mrs. Tollefson suggested and learned how import photos from the internet but I couldnt import videos cause there wasnt any to import, I also uploaded some music that was already on the computer and put some transitions in between the slides and made my first little movie off of the Windows Movie Maker software.

What Im doing fo the week of 2/9/10

Well since I was missed yesterday because of a Ortho. appointment I will start working with the Windows Movie Maker guide that Mrs. Tollefson had, I went throught it a little bit last week but since I only got it on Friday I didn't have much time. Also I will be going on that website that I hear so much about and probably back stab a good friend.

What I finished in the week of 2/3/09

I said I was going to mess around with Movie Maker a little bit and bring in some CDs to fromat to the software but I didnt get to that. So because I was only in school 3 days this week I blogged on some people blogs and did some research on some Windows Movie Maker book guides and gave some suggestions to Mrs. Tollefson, but today she gave me a guide that she couldn't find earlier and I will being learning how to do some more stuff with the Windows Movie Maker software.

Other plans for the week of 2/2/09

So toady I will be looking for research books on Windows Movie Maker that Mrs. Tollefson may consider buying. So to do that I will be researching online for different books and try to find better price from different websites for that book.

What Im going to do this week

Im going to start messing around with movie make and mabey get a information guide thing to follow and learn some stuff. But I dont know if she has anything to look at for the movie maker software, Im also going to bring in some CDs that I have video taped on and see if I can fromat them so that you can edit them with the software.

How to set up a blog

If yopu want o set up a blog there are many websites that will let you, but I have choose Blogger.com based of gmail which is a google email. So when you get to the website on the front page there is a button you would click on. But to make a blog on this websit you have to setup a gmail account at google. You would then fill out your blogger account like an email thing with a name and a password and choose where you are located like what country you live in. After that you would fill out more information such as you webpage address bar, your website title, your display name and ect. Once your done with all that you can get started on what your gonna blog about.

How I set up a blog

If you are wondering how to start a blog you could just go to blogger.com and hit the setup a blog button, you would then fill out a bunch of information such as your name, your display name which will be showing when you blog something and you also pick your title of your blogging website. It was easy and didnt take long at all. Its an easy way to communicate with people you know or people from different states, or countries.

Business Technology Projects

Out of the business lab softwares that we can choose out of, I will be choosing the Windows Movie Maker and Adobe Premier softwares. I picked that software because its just somethig that im interested in personally. Im going to learn this software by messing around with some of the projects that I have. My time frame for these projects are going to be different depending on what im going to do. I think we should be graded weekly or on our final project.
